Main features

1. Adopts a conditioning configuration consisting of a double-shaft differential-speed conditioner (first stage) plus two layers of jacketed heat-preservation conditioners, with optimized conditioner shaft speed and paddle design, ensuring thorough mixing and sufficient heat preservation time for the material, resulting in better conditioning effect.

2. The ring die speed is optimized according to the characteristics of shrimp feed, significantly increasing the equipment's output and greatly improving pellet quality.

3. An automatic pneumatic discharge mechanism is added to the inclined-trough feeding system, allowing automatic external discharge in case of blockage or main motor current overload.

4. The roller surface is designed with a pattern more suitable for extruding shrimp feed, making it easier for the material to be drawn into the pressing zone. The improved feeding scraper distributes the material more evenly into the two pressing zones, resulting in more uniform discharge and smoother equipment operation.
