Working principle

1. Manganese steel grinding discroller. The roller and grinding disc are made of high-quality manganese steel which has undergone high-temperaturequenching treatment, making it approximately 10-20 times more wear-resistant than ordinary materials

2. Coupling: Ithas low transmission ratio los, is resistantto wear, and incorporates a cushioning rubber pad to reduce noise and enhance durability.

3. Multple pore sizes for the grinding disc are avallable. pore sizes ranging from 3 to Bmm can be selected, and the length of particles can be adjusted.

4. Enlarged discharge opening: Both sides are equipped with retaining boards to prevent feed from scattering everwhere. The enlarged discharge  opening ensures no blockage.
