Structure and principles

The FF High Class Fan is composed of a blade,motor,outer frarme protecting nets and supporting framesand shutters. Theshutters are opened by the Push-pull Centrilugal system. The major parts are made ofgalvanized steel sheeta(180g/275g/im2 zinccoalingland stainess steel sheets,Based on sound aerodynarnicprinciples, wind resistance is minimized and efficient airfilow is achievedAll products are used in a wide range of settings,including various types of farms,greenhouses and factory buildings.

Fan Blade:composed of Krupp stainiess steel,made by punch forming.ensuring no dust. Aftractive anddurable.Thesoecial bltade shape design ensures large air volumes, no deforation and a continuous, consistent rate of air flow.

Motor both Chinese famous motors and Siemens motoors are available. Motor voltage and frequency may becustomized.The Chinese famous motors are especiall/ designed for the fan,and is the first of its kind withprotection device which couldpower off during a shortage of electricity. Motor protection grade: 1P55; Insulation class: Grade F

Fan Bell Pulley. composed of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weightof theblade impeller and provides i with complete,high oorrosion resistance. It utilizes a special "three reinforcedvide an artractive appearance,as wellas eliminate intemalribs pulley"design.Blast-sanding treatment is done to prostress,improvingts own rigidity and stability to minimizebreakage.

Centrifugal System:opens the shutters at complete 90degree angles to ensure the lowest air resistance whilemaximizingair volume. When closed,the sealing can efficiently block ight and wind into the poultry farm house. It is the first to adopthigh quality,100% nylon to ensure long service ite. The fasteners of the centrifugai system aremade of copper rivets whichconfer flexibility while provding water and dust resistance. The guide rod is made of 304 high strength,rust-resistantstainless steel which redluces friction.
